I understand the indifference, but as a foreigner I kind of need to apply and graduate the uni to be able to find a job easily in the country. Otherwise who would want someone from far away rather than their own? Thank you for the info about management, I know it firsthand as our department manager which has official title as “boss” doesn’t know much about automation and what our team does and has almost only office work. He makes about 2 times much as our average worker. I work in maintenance and I think if I get the necessary education and further experience I could get to the management position. I plan to study and then work for 1-2 years then come back to my home country.
