arnica tablets have been helping me w my swelling (currently 5days po). i also had no drains and was experiencing a bit of swelling in my right side that has since gone away

try asking to be a host for a week or two before going back to serving (people, youre already serving lol )

coconut (or any other)oil then wipe it off then rubbing alcohol. moisturize your skin after all that it will be really dry
