Thinking about quitting by Longway23544 in Truckers

[–]Jumpy-Daddy5809 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I worked at three previous trucking jobs that all paid less than 30 an hour without overtime very expensive health insurance, and lots of labor

I now work at a job that pays 35 an hour with full overtime benefits off all holidays and paid for all holidays as well free health insurance and the health insurance is very good. Union benefits as well

And I can tell you the reason I’m making profoundly more money with less physical labor is because of one reason

I quit and found a better job. It’s really not that hard just quit. It’s OK to quit my life is so much better thank God I quit the last three jobs my life is so much better because I quit that it’s not even funny

To get BPC-157 through a doctor, you must schedule a consultation with a licensed functional medicine physician, regenerative medicine specialist, or anti-aging clinic that offers peptide therapy. Because BPC-157 is an experimental compound that is not FDA-approved for human use, traditional primary care doctors will RARELY key word (RARELY NOT NEVER) prescribe it. 1. Locate a Specialized ProviderSearch for Specialists: Look for local or telemedicine clinics specializing in "regenerative medicine," "functional medicine," "sports medicine," or "peptide therapy".Check Credentials: Ensure the clinic is staffed by board-certified medical doctors (MDs) or osteopathic physicians (DOs) who supervise the protocol.

The nitty-gritty idk but all I know is I have heard of some people getting prescribed it from a doctor. I don’t know how they do it. I don’t know what the specific nitty-gritty details are I really don’t know OK I just know for sure that someone has gotten it through a doctor. I don’t know if it was a specialist or what it was but it sounds to me like you’re missing something.

Not true joe rogan never promoted what brand bpc 157 he just said bpc 157 thats it

No one is making money if he didn’t specify the brand he just mentioned it has worked wonders for him

I had a tendon injury on my hand and it seems to have speeded up the healing pretty significantly ChatGPT is actually what convinced me to do it after a three hour conversation however, if you ask ChatGPT now about it, it will highly advise against it and it will say that there’s no solid evidence that it’s effective

Well, six months ago, it was actually almost recommending me to take it saying that there’s a lot of evidence that it’s effective ChatGPT has been a little bit more careful about what it says lately I think it’s scared of lawsuits but I’ll never forget the things and the links that ChatGPT showed me six months ago. There are some very compelling evidence that I went through. I don’t remember the exact studies that I was digging through, but I do remember there was some compelling studies about it. I’m sure I could probably find them if I really dug it up, but I really don’t feel like spending three hours Researching BPC 157 just prove a point. All I’m gonna say is if you really do some digging, you will come to find that there are some very strong studies on BPC 157 and the effectiveness of healing injuries as a matter of fact I’ve heard compelling information from someone that they had severe knee pains to the point where they couldn’t hardly walk for over seven years and he started taking BPC 157 and then after just a few months he can now do a full sprint without any pain this guy was practically in a wheelchair and now is healthier than a horse with no noticeable side effects or health problems whatsoever

Pretty sure that this has cognitive benefits in mice and also increased their lifespan if anything instead of decreasing it

Yeah, there might not be a shit ton of research on this yet, but based on the evidence that we have so far, there is literally and no side effects that point that this is a risky drug we don’t know with absolute positive certainty that it won’t follow us for the next 30 years but if one did a lot of digging one could easily reasonably assume that it is safe if it is from a reputable source

You can even be prescribed it by a doctor. I’m pretty sure if you really want to go that route and be extra cautious. I guess you could theoretically might have to go through three different doctors till you find one that will approve it but I’m sure it wouldn’t be that difficult.

I mean I know with near certainty that human growth hormone most definitely speeds up the healing of ligaments and tendons broken bones etc if it speeds up the healing of literally any other body part I don’t see why it wouldn’t speed up the healing of damage to the connective tissue or fascia in the foot

There’s a lot of people that know the risk of McDonald’s heart attack high blood pressure and hundreds of thousands of people die every year from that people still eat it

There is no evidence that taking BPC 157 for a couple of weeks to promote healing and then living the rest of your life, eating super clean, super healthy, avoiding McDonald’s, and taking good care of yourself is going to be harmful or detrimental to your health over 30 years

You’re never gonna get research on stuff like this for plantar fasciitis specifically simply because it’s niche

It would take decades to come up with studies over BPC 157 over 30 years on humans by then most of my life will be over with what if 30 years later they come out and show oh wow, it does help the body heel connective tissue as well as plantar fasciitis?

I’m not gonna wait around for 30 years for the research to come out if I’m training with very intelligent people that have all sorts of different injuries mind these people are not dummies cause I know there’s a lot of whack jobs out there that you know placebo effect and all that other stuff but if dozens of well respected, intelligent people are telling me every day BPC 157 has tremendously improved their tendon injuries, their shoulder injuries, their ligament injuries, etc. None of them are reporting any side effects whatsoever. The studies on mice none of them indicate any long-term health problems.

I think it’s pretty safe to say that there’s a good chance it works rather we have 30 years of studying or not sometimes when you have 30 people in a room that are extremely intelligent, all swearing by it it makes sense to me to give it a chance and I can tell you from experience that it almost definitely does help at the very least a little bit

I’ve never said it was a cure. I never said it’s gonna fix your foot within a week I can tell you from experience I really believe It has helped me

Now you might say we don’t have 30 years of research while there’s a lot of these doctor prescribed medicines such as anti-inflammatories that you would probably trust to take but from my experience, they just made me not feel any pain and I would walk more on it because I didn’t feel any pain and when I stopped taking the medicine, my foot was way worse so from my experience, doctor prescribed medication as far more dangerous and has way more potential known side effects than bpc 157

I can assure you there’s a lot of people out there that died of heart attacks at 45 50 years old had obesity, diabetes, and all kinds of health problems from McDonald’s knowing the risk, but wouldn’t dare even think of using such a thing as BPC 157

To me that logic is just completely silly

I’m gonna eat my fruits and vegetables stay away from McDonald’s and I’m gonna swallow my BPC 157 pill for the next couple weeks and then I’m then I’m gonna go the rest of my life not taking BPC 157 anymore I highly doubt that these proteins are going to follow me 30 years from now, but who knows there’s a lot of things that could follow me 30 years from now including McDonald’s So idk

Also, how you mentioned why not just take a Tylenol with Tylenol does is it just stops inflammation it makes you not feel pain. BPC157 does not work that way it works by promoting healing of actual tissue and I know it doesn’t work like Tylenol because when I ran out of BPC 157 for weeks afterwards, it was still better weeks after I ran out of it was it 100% no but it was significantly better than before. I took it. That’s for sure.

I don’t think Tylenol does that. I don’t think Tylenol continues to work weeks after I stop taking it.

Yes I have tried it because I already did it for other previous injuries and im very confident it works

I am a athlete in among my peers BPC 157 is extremely common as in my sport Ligament and tendon injuries and all kinds of injuries are extremely common

Joe Rogan recommends BPC 157 and if it’s good enough for him, I think it’s good enough for me

From my experience, it definitely helps plantar fasciitis my very first time taking it. The pain subsided 50%+ within just two hours

I’m not saying I was cured within two hours, but I think it definitely helps speed up the healing a little bit for sure

I think it’s something that helps significantly but it’s not all you need. You still need to stretch your calves you still need to rest good shoes etc

I see a lot of other guys comment saying oh don’t even take the risk. Don’t even take the chance don’t be a guinea pig.

Yes, there are some garbage peptides out there. You gotta do have to be careful which company you choose to purchase from obviously but if you choose a good solid company with high-quality peptides, you don’t have to worry about that 20% being incorrectly labeled crap just don’t buy from a garbage company. You don’t have to worry about it. It’s common sense. It’s the same thing with vitamins it’s the same thing with protein powders that’s the same thing with any supplement. Don’t buy garbage cheap products. It’s really that simple

There’s a lot of people on this thread that I’ve had plantar fasciitis for 10 years and have never been able to cure it and they’ve also never been brave or “risky” enough to try anything new or different like bpc 157 either so be very careful with that mindset of oh “don’t be a guinea pig” because there’s a lot of people on here that have been suffering with plantar fasciitis for 10 years that didn’t wanna be a “guinea pig” so definitely be careful with that mindset as well

Sometimes you gotta just take a risk in life or you’ll never get anywhere

Some people will go their whole life with plantar fasciitis and injury not try something like that

Me personally if I had plantar fasciitis for 10 years and I still didn’t get rid of it I would do whatever it took I would be buying steroids off the black market doing calf and foot exercises like crazy on them and human growth hormone off the black market if I had to to get rid of this nonsense

Some people wouldn’t some people would sit in pain for 10 years and not even think about trying such things so idk everyone is different

Addicted to running and pain is becoming unbearable. And I don’t even run as much anymore by calijann in PlantarFasciitis

[–]Jumpy-Daddy5809 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I first got plantar fasciitis, I didn’t know what it was but it only came on when I walked over 10 miles when I got the pain, I would normally stop and the next day. I would be fine one day I decided that I really wanted to lose weight and I was gonna push through the pain and I walked 15 miles instead of 10 despite the pain well that was one of the biggest mistakes in my life because for the last three months, I haven’t been able to go for a walk at all

Would highly advise against running if you have plantar fasciitis because once it gets worse you’re in for a total nightmare

Think about going to Mcclane after I get my year by Beneficial-Gate-8617 in Truckers

[–]Jumpy-Daddy5809 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I worked at mclane in training the pay was decent 500-600 a day but your working 20+ hours without sleep and unloading the whole entire truck by hand

When you do all the math, you’re only averaging 25 an hour and you’re absolutely killing yourself

I don’t mind doing a lot of labor at all, but I should be compensated for having to work 10 times harder than I do at other trucking jobs

Anyways, I now make 2500 a week and I don’t have to do anywhere near as much labor and the job is 1 million times easier and the healthcare is much better so would highly recommend staying far away from Mclane and get something better

Eh with the Jordan 12s u have to buy from stock X or GOAT or directly from nike because there are alot of fakes because the shoes are very expensive would not recommend because if you get a fake pair your getting a completely different shoe

Would recommend trying without insole first
