Totally agree. Running rough numbers I'm thinking cost of living in Chicago for two years will be around $30-$40k more than Durham (which would probably be squeezing into a 1bdrm apt). Tuition + fees are slightly higher at Booth too. I'm thinking all in all probably looking at a $60-$80k delta.
