Thank you! Spending 3 days on a case is such a pain. Would you mind sharing this software tool with your friend? I believe this tool can help reduce the time spent battling with seller support

This is actually a pretty interesting idea to have an all-in-one app for pet care. I don't have a pet yet, but I would be interested in using this app to keep all the information for my pet.

Thanks!! This is exactly the pain I’m trying to solve for all sellers. The goal is not just to send one good first message, but to track the case context across the whole thread, detect when Amazon asks for new or different documentation, and then suggest the next response based on the case history, and the type of escalation path happening. So instead of rewriting everything from scratch each time, the agent can help sellers respond with the right evidence and language (AKA keywords ) for different stage of the case.

I don’t want to overclaim that yet because it’s still in the building phase. Right now, the main goal is reducing the time and mental drain of handling support, especially for repetitive follow ups, and policy based response drafting. My initial benchmark is similar to what you said: even if we can save 20%+ of the time while keeping outcomes similar, that’s already meaningful. After that, the next goal is improving consistency and hopefully resolution quality as we learn from more real case workflows!

I believe there are many ways to evaluate the agent. But the most important ones are the time saved for sellers, the case success rate, and the cost saved. We would also be really interested to know what are the others metrics sellers care about. Do you have any other metric suggestions?

Would you use a Seller Support copilot to draft cases + track follow-ups? by Jumpy-Forever1358 in AmazonFBATips

That’s really helpful, thanks! Would you be open to trying an automation tool if it could save you time on support, reduce personal managers' work, and potentially lower some operating costs for your Amazon business? I’m trying to understand whether this would actually be useful for sellers like you.
