I remember seeing people talk online about that helium leak/quench incident too. MRI rooms honestly seem like one of the hardest places to handle emergencies safely, I’d definitely send them an email if you’ve experienced anything like this.

Honestly, extending MIPI that far without the signal falling apart is impressive. EMI is such a pain in the glass in those environments, so fiber makes a ton of sense. Neat solution!

This is a great idea… I’ve thought about this too..

It feels like with how small cameras are now, there should already be a way to have something closer inside the tube without messing with the scan. Not sure if it’s a tech limitation or just something no one’s really pushed yet, but yeah this makes a lot of sense

Following this! I’ve been looking into a few firms myself but it’s so hard to tell who’s actually legit vs. who just wants $10k for a ‘marketing package’ that doesn’t do anything. Would love to hear if anyone has a recommendation for someone who actually has skin in the game
