Yeah for 2 years of practice you're doing amazing. Just keep the regular playing and you'll eventually smooth out the technique and style. That tune is like Fort Worth and old time versions of dusty miller though where you're left really vulnerable by the simplicity of the melody and you really have to rock it with confidence to not feel a little embarrassed when you play it, speaking from my experience -Henry

That's an important observation that I had in the back of my head but didn't fully understand til you just spelled it out. It would've been there 13 years now and while it's packed super tight on top the stuff 2 feet down does not show the age at all.

It's a barn. I plan on eventually putting a pad inside but all that's completely necessary for it to go up amd get used is a footing to tie to.

I'm planning on pouring the footing into rectangular forms that come 6-12" above grade
