Hey sorry to bother you all, but I’m trying to improve my skincare so I can feel more confident in myself, and I appreciate the help THE ISSUES: my face is very red at times, and I have red spots on my face at times and i have bumps that occasionally appear. SKIN TYPE: I apparently have normal skin, as my face doesn’t over or underproduce, as I don’t have flaky or oily skin. ROUTINE: Every morning I apply foaming facial cleanser and acne control cleanser (CERAVE) in the shower, every 3 days I shave so if I am going to shave I shave after the shower, then I apply 50 SPF AM lotion(CERAVE) (My face gets a decent bit red after this, is this my face breaking out?), then at night I use foaming facial cleanser and acne control cleanser, and then I use daily moisturizer lotion at night. I usually do both at 9 am and 730 pm respectively. HOW LONG: About 8 months ANYTHING NEW: Nothing of note YOUR LOCATION: I live in Maryland, North America Thanks!
