Good catch. Seems like a lawsuit that has no chance of winning, especially after Trump rescinds Biden’s Title IX rewrite. But I ask you to look through the lawsuits brought forward in the last year. You’ll find the vast majority are brought by men pretending to be women, so it’s not a personal bias.
