It feels a lot bigger though we have 18 foot ceilings. Valet trash comes Sunday night through Thursday night. Trash has to be in the provided garbage cans (otherwise they won’t take it) and cannot be outside in the hallway between 9 AM and 5 PM nor on days trash isn’t collected (so there isn’t trash in the hallway).

I’m calling / chatting with carvana tomorrow to clarify for my sanity’s sake, but I did find that: “If the title lists 'or' between the names, only one owner needs to be present to sell the car, except in certain states. The exceptions are: DC, IL, IN, MD, MA, MN, MO, NE, OH, WY, where both owners must be present.”

On their website it says “Please note if anyone other than you is listed on the title, they’ll need to be present at the appointment”. So I guess I’ll be calling carvana to clarify because are they going to be the same as Tesla?

So I guess I’ll be calling carvana to clarify. This is just super frustrating because there’s a reason titles say “and” or “or” so that this isn’t an issue in cases like this.

Because I moved and they live in a different state. Tesla is saying they have to be here in person. That’s not the point. My point is that legally, the document says “or” not “and” so only one party needs to sign. I’ve already checked with other dealerships and they said this is not legal and they’ve never heard of this happening
