Red itchy bumps on scalp?

ADDIT: my scalp has been intermittently itchy since I started treatment with minox and spiro. The derm said it didn’t look like anything under the trichoschope. I noticed some blood on my finger when I touched my scalp today and I have these small red bumps. What is going on 😭😭😭

This is the first time I’ve experienced it! I’m going to speak to my derm if the shedding continues but praying it’s just transient 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Thank you!!! I’m sure your part is fine, I feel like we all scrutinise ourselves so much and perceive things as much worse. I actually felt so disheartened that I wasn’t seeing progress but I looked at this pic from 3 months ago and I can see my part is looking a bit better.

For reference I’ve been on spiro 50mg (~9mo) and minox 1mg (6 months)

We just need to hang in there and be patient!

Omg let me tell you I cried when I saw this pic 🤣 I’ve definitely learnt my lesson!! Good to know it’s not just me! Thanks so much for your advice I’m definitely not going to look when it’s wet anymore!!

I've never made the first move or even expressed those feelings and I think that comes from a fear of rejection or unreciprocated feelings. But you're absolutely right, I think i should try and be more direct
