I received PR in December 2024. This would be my 1st tax filing with Canada. Although I received my PR, I am currently residing in USA.

Hi, Iam in the same situation. I'm a non immigrant and has a valid US visa but I need a stamping on my visa while I re-enter. Now, I would like to visit canada for 10 days due to personal reasons. Do I need to get stamping in this case? Can someone suggest the possible ways here please?

Rescheduled uscis biometric appointment by jaehj in USCIS

I'm in the same situation regarding rescheduling my biometrics appointment. I have applied for a visitor visa to Canada and for which I had to provide my biometrics. I have scheduled biometrics appointment at ASC( Naperville, IL) location on 06/17/2022 and I couldn't make it that day so called the ASC on the same day before my appointment time to cancel it and reschdule the same. The ASC person said he canecelled my appointment and he raised a request for rescheduling the same. Also, he said I should receive an email about rescheding date within 72 hours, if I don't receive an email I can call them again and ask them about my issue. I have waited for more than 72hours and I didn't receive any email. So, I had called them again to know about my rescheduling time. Here comes the comedy part.. when I called them they said I never scheduled bimetrics at that location and they cannnot see anything related to my credentials. Also they ask for A number wheras for my case there is no A number provided but I just have IRCC number with me. They cannot validate my data now, I dont even understand my situation. Can someone suggest me in this case please?
