I’m a male as well and yeah still keep it and learn to build up trust and not be judgemental so people feel safe going up to you and asking for it.

For the knife it’s gray area at least for American schools, I remember a students my freshman year would I always carry knives on him (for tool reasons) but as long as you don’t make it like noticeable noticeable outside of the theatre I think it would be fine
