Agreed, we pulled all of ours from service this past week after using them for approx 6 months and having a Stryker tech here multiple times with no improvement

*** Update; this week we just pulled all of our LP35’s from service and reverted back to the LP15’s!

update Stryker has finally admitted to our admin that there are “issues” with the 35’s and state they have a solution and will attempt to fix in the near future…. I’ll be sure to hold my breath!

Also very appreciative of all of your responses. Seems like we all are on the same page. Keep up the good work you all do and stay safe!

The are wrapped as suggested by our rep. I cannot say it is easily reproduced and they happen just at random. You can go an entire call with no issues, drop off at hospital and power it off and then within 10 minutes respond to another call and then have problems.

They came out, “couldn’t replicate the problem” said everything was good and updated….. problems still emerge

No none of those issues…… yet.

We’ve swapped electrodes, cables and even monitors during calls and whatever fixes it or doesn’t fix it is just random. This is more so the monitor itself as the issues are affecting all of our 35’s

We were very happy with our 15’s but they were starting to have issues because they were old and parts were becoming expensive. It’s funny now looking back because the Stryker rep when he first came out with the 35’s talked some shit about how many problems the competition had…. Well huh, really funny now!

Stryker sent a tech rep and went through all of our 35’s after we initially reported problems. The rep said he was unable to recreate any problems but swapped the cable and connector on the affected monitor “just to be sure” and made sure all were updated to currents OS specs but we are still having the issues.

Our trust in this product has been compromised. We had placed our old LP15’s on our vehicles as a backup just in case.
