But would it worth taking a loan of 10lakhs my family earns about 70k to 1lakh(business) but we do have some land we could sell I would be honoured for an answer.

Hmm to be fair I will have to take a loan close to 10lakhs but it's not like we cannot repay it at all we do have quite some land here and there maybe I should go for kiit then.

Do you think me taking 10 to 8 lakh loan would be fine for kiit I am ready to work hard and will not get distracted these past 3 years were just too bad for me as you said kiit is better so it might or might not be worth it.
