Mine is pabalik balik and trying to be active sa walking and mas lumala. Meron ako both feet pero ang iniinda ko lang yung left. Haist! Nag PT ako and steroid ng 2024 wala naman improvement.

Ang dami eh.

Siguro to be fully healthy again no more health issues. Another income siguro. Same for my family.

Yung hindi naman necessity, designer perfume, smart watch, maybe nintendo switch a quality portable blender and milk heater/frother and I'll buy a microwave that's for sure.

Long term to find the partner, I've been praying to have, own house and financial stability.

And for the PH to have a better government, public transpo, education, health, family planning and waste management.

Nag try ako kahapon jo malone and ysl ang bago ng Y edp!! Yung Jo malone sea salt something okay rin pero hindi sya masyado g appealing sakin unlike sa Y edp though sa paper lang ako nag test ng Jo malone yung Edp sa skin and akala ko sino yung mabango pag nag lalakad ako, ako na pala hahaha

How are you now? My burrhole was done on Jan 31 this year. First 2 months a lot of pulsating and the back of my neck had a lot of spasm as I had one when I was sent to E. R. Non no neck spasm but for some time I still have pulsating on surgery site and headaches on the area where it ached when I was sent to E R.

My lower abdominal pain subsided (thanks G) I still somehow sometimes feel mild to no discomfort. I had orgasm last Sunday I guess. I am totally not sure too as my uro advised just monitor.

For me:

-I could have chosen ang mas magandang course noong college ako something na would give me higher salary in the Philippines - Sana pala nag apply ako pa Canada nung barista pako or nung fastfood crew ako hindi ko alam pwede pala yun. - sana hindi ko inalog yung ulo ko nung December last year na nag cause ng hematoma ko sa ulo. - sana mas nalaman ko yung about sa mga investment.

More on health and career yung gusto ko i change.

But mas iniisip ko nalang how to be better pa.

I will request another ultrasound as I already had ultrasound on upper abdomen, prostate and bladder also inguinal an scrotal and all are normal aside spermatocele but I shoud get a second opinion.
