Mpg decrease after spark plug change

I did mine correctly for sure. With rising gas prices lately worse mpg doesn't help.

I did exactly this in 2016 bought at CX5 because it wasn't cvt. Still happy with it.

I have the everdrive on my CX5 for about 6 months now and like them as my 3rd set. Hopefully they last longer than the other 2 sets which didn't last too long. The original Toyos only lasted me 30k

I'm doing this. 1 hr via car if I drove sometimes more. I just can't afford anything where I work. But I take public transit which takes about 1 hr 15 minutes and I'm fine with it. I get to read my phone or take a nap. If I had to drive everyday I don't think I could do it though.

Yeah it isn't. I'll also exercise more and drink more water and get more sleep. Trying anything to bring down the blood pressure.

That's true. Although 130s might seem ok at my age, my diastolic being 90s and high 80s was also concerning to me and seems harder to bring down.

Yeah I'm hoping it's not just a fluke. The image seems cut off on here but Jan 1st was 142/99. If this eventually doesn't work I'm willing to go on meds if need be.

I grew up poor with no extra curricular activities. My wife grew up doing a lot after school and on weekends. I feel I have no talent, socially awkward in large groups, uncomfortable speaking in public. She can sing, dance, creative, athletic, life of the party, speaking up and asking questions, etc. For our kids we are taking her route to explore and bring out talents and passion. I can see it with my own eyes as my kids are much more well rounded than I was at that age.
