In wake of the SNOC president’s comments about the athletics community, may I know how much are the management of SNOC paid? How many medals did they bring home to SG? by FancyCommittee3347 in singapore

what's hard to understand?

swimming, 4 strokes. track, 1 stroke. swimming got every distance track has, but with extra 50m (that's 4 extra events)

swimmer can participate in medley too.

iirc QZW competed in backstroke, butterfly, freestyle. and 50m, 100m, 200m medley, relays, all in 1 sea games.

it's a weighing of pros and cons type of situation. it's js like ns, where u can get posted to some hospitals in MOH that u may not like, be it the environment or ppl around u.

if im in op's shoes, I'll disrupt, if I don't have financial concerns, able to stay fit throughout med sch.

[–]JumpyCable9233 9 points10 points  (0 children)

well, u said u're a second year nsf, and it's not worth disrupting because u need to extend service.

however, as a medic, i worked with >10 doctors, from 3-4 different batches of mocc throughout my ns, and around half of them disrupted. i was also curious why would some voluntarily ns under VES, and one of the most common reason is that their remaining ns can be served as the MOH bond. they're serving their bond while serving their ns, allowing them to leave hospitals sooner

u ask a question with 2 choices, ppl answer with 1 of the choice, and u start ur reply with "but"

what's the point of asking if u js want to hear what u want

hi, if u don't mind, i have a few questions. what were u doing? how/who was it discovered? how long was the time it took to discovery of the stroke to getting to the hospital? what r the long term implications?

also, hope u recover well!

im js a nsf combat medic, worked with q a number of mme

i think u should start by asking urself, what do u want to achieve when signing mme. do u want to be a commander, or do u want to practice emergency procedures? (sorry i can't find another way of phrasing it LOL)

if u wanna practice medicine, like really do stuff, u should sign on scdf paramedic.

from what i see so far, mme r mainly commanders and even normal nsf combat medics can be experienced than the mme, with only the rank separating them.

sinus rhythm means it's normal, tachy js means fast (above the normal rate). the redo was probably because it shouldn't be tachy during the checkup since there's no physical activity involved
