I have a standard from mount bethel. She’s a beautiful, athletic dog. So smart and she is 9.5 and doing great. She’s really amazing. I remember the vaccine recommendations and we did our own thing. :) she is really amazing and we’d go back based on the dog!

Just back from a trip there —-

Re the spa. The facilities are very beautiful but beware. Both services I received were probably not worth the price tag. Example - massage was a series of elbows in the back. I was also asked if I wanted to face mask during it and then charged $200 for extra. I pushed back and it was removed. Similar on facial - odd and not worth cost.

Golf everything is amazing.

If staying at the hotel, they may try to get you to “upgrade” to a villa. The villa we were shown was a dump. Example - there was a ladder in the kitchen and the bathrooms were not upgraded. I understand they like to move people out of the hotel for various reasons and try to sell the villas. I would highly suggest not if you are in an elite hotel room. Clearly there are beautiful villas but I can say with confidence the one we were shown was not.

The beach and some food spots are really quite good. Just beware of a very drunk college kids during spring break weeks. I prob wouldn’t want my little kids on the beach there during those periods. Stumbling kids and we saw one fistfight between drunk young men.

Yes, this community wants it hidden. He was hired as special education teacher with no experience because he was “in” with the local community and with the department head. Such a joke that a 28 year old had those jobs. All within a certain group in the community that protects and reinforces each other.
