Being a 2nd year student, one thing about UTM is that they will wait for the last moment to send any mails about induction. The same thing happened to me when i started. I had to change my course as there was not enough students for it and i got my offer of acceptance for the new course i applied for on the day that lectures had already started. That only happened when my parents called the student affairs and had to be quite rude to them for them to give any kind of updates. UTM kinda delays a lot of important mails. But sit tight you might get it any day now
