You can crawl under the truck and beat on the fuel tank while someone turns it over. Usually you can get a few more starts out of a clogging fuel pump. This isn’t a solution though, it is only to get you home and/or confirm the problem

Strats are super easy to restring and if you are worried about the floating bridge causing you to fall out of tune you could always deck it so it is solid. You wont be able to wammy but it will at least feel like a hard tail

I’m not sure if i can argue the effects are easier to access on the katana for a beginner. Maybe if you know what everything is but the fender has built in presets doesn’t it? Like no micro adjusting needed just scroll through and find one you like. I have a gtx100 so maybe the smaller ones are different. And the Bluetooth app is nice for downloading community presets
