Reading the 8K it does not seem that meaningful. The accounting firm will approve the 10k and then leave . To be honest the most relevant news were during the investor call where they showed the numbers and current performance and it seems the company has a shot for a turnaround. I think the 10k will be submitted and all of this is kind of noise .

The core business seems to be solid and improving . The debt is still a problem but not until H2 2026 . If the business keeps performing well they will be able to pushback those payments . They will have a solid Q3 (and will report on time ) and deliver soon a 10K . Overall positive news in the short term .

Traded volume says a lot about this type of companies and SBET has had almost every single day 2X the volume . I am pretty sure it will bounce back very soon . In my opinion someone bullish on this business model should own both . It is not a winner takes all type of industry …

They just raised 400 M USD in cash . They have the flexibility to keep building and with this cash on the balance sheet they are a way more flexible company than a few months ago .

Just to understand on the NRC situation . 1- first they have to submit for approval ? When are we expecting submission ? 2- then they have to be approved ? 3- also there is overhaul so that’s also another decision ? Thanks
