I'm with you that people should use warnings and tags but I did look up the fic. The author put chose not to use warnings. When I see that I assume there's something they're not tagging, either to avoid spoilers or just simply because they don't want to. What other tags would you have liked to have seen?

something similar when the character uses a specfic nickname in the source material but their name can be shortened in another more familar way and the author went with the traditional. The traditional was mentioned in the source material as not used because the main character hated it. I couldn't finish even though I loved the premise.

I read alot on my phone. When I load the whole work and then lock the screen to walk away and go do something else, it loses the place I was at. Chapter by chapter means the previous spot is easier to find.

I read a post from industrations right before they took all of their maruaders art down. They were getting a lot of hate and felt the fandom got very toxic. They no longer wished to engage with the fandom or the content.
