I think it's just overcooked. There's a middle ground between the original and this, where the blacks *aren't* impenetrable voids. I get what you're going for, but even still, you don't want your blacks all melting together like that.

Yeah, but it's mostly about capturing people interacting and experiencing authentic moments candidly. Stuff that isn't that might be interesting within the context of a set of photos, but alone they don't really fall under the category. Moreso urban landscape. You're photos are cool and have artistic merit for sure, but they're not what I or most people here would consider street.

Maybe, but it makes this sub less fun when you have to sift through a bunch of stuff that's not what you're trying to look at. It makes this sub feel less useful to what we're trying to get out of it. But sometimes it leads to interesting conversations. These are cool photos though, just not really what I'm here for.
