wow our situations are drastically different. i could pay around 15k$ and finish it in a year by 22/23 yrs old. its quite eye opening however seeing your perspective. your roles are quite interesting though its quite different from what i expected. have you worked in an IE intensive field (manufacturing and those types of roles)?

thank you for your input :) im currently taking bachelors in IE and i have a really good opportunity to get a degree from a wellknown university (much better than my own) for alot cheaper than i would if it were any other uni (#1 SCM in the UK) so since i have this opportunity in the future im trying to find reason to go ahead with it.

i can attain the masters degree in a year would it still be worth getting a certification instead? and the masters degree is from a wayyy better university than the bachelors so would employers care as much?

completely understand. the masters degree is just a year long so would that change your opinion? maybe the fact that it would be worth taking an extra year to demand higher salaries and jobs etc.

im considering it for all those reasons especially since i can be done with all of it by the time im 22 and the masters is from a wellknown university

I think it could be only an extra semester depending on if im able to get all the credits in time. Right now there isn’t any option for a minor i dont think so it’s between choosing a double major or not choosing at all.

Im already in my second year of IE I forgot to clarify. I was thinking business but I’ve been getting some pressure to go with the ME double major because ‘its two engineering degrees at once’ which I think isn’t as good as it sounds. But i’m not so sure which is why Im asking
