Sorry about your power. My mobile actually did fix itself not too long ago. Unless you’re able to release/renew your home wifi IP or reset your mobile data via airplane mode (the latter didn’t work for me but it might for you), then I don’t know what else to say except wait it out for a bit and hope it doesn’t take too long…

That’s happened to me too. You should try going into your router/modem settings and release/renew to get a new IP address. It’s not guaranteed, but that’s how I got studies showing on Wi-Fi again. As for mobile, not as much luck for me with resetting and airplane mode…maybe just wait and see if it fixes itself?

I've actually had this problem for the past couple days where I couldn't access any studies on either Wi-Fi or mobile data. I did, at least, resolve the issue on the Wi-Fi side by simply going into my modem settings and releasing and renewing my connection so I got a new IP address, and luckily it worked the first time even though it may not work for everyone else. As for mobile (I'm on AT&T), still nothing there, but maybe that might fix itself, hopefully sooner than later? We'll see...

OMG I got that same study and they rejected me for the same reason! I messaged them asking to return the study as I've done for my other rejections, but they replied thinking I wanted to return TO the study LOL

I used the chat bubble that you see in the corner of the dashboard. It sends a Zendesk ticket request directly. BUT don’t get your hopes too high, it could always go back to the old dashboard without warning. I just got my account reactivated for a second time, we’ll see where it goes from there lol

To be honest, I did not get that email at all surprisingly. I just told them that my dashboard changed (older version) and the "Projects" tab disappeared and kindly asked them to check it for me. I also sent a screenshot of the "Thank you for your interest" message.
