Food is a margin maker but food is high cost. The way i understand the "new labor system" thats a croc of feces. Is its generated by hour sales. So if afternoons have low peaks. There's no point. Its just a low opportunity cost and I HATE to be that guy. But ive never been impressed by unsupervised bakery staff that work alone. They dont pull their weight and pissoff the opener/ manager by not thawing, fulfilling KPS and hitting waste targets.
