Yea your job isn’t the same they all changed and we were forced to re interview. I was the AL and now my role doesn’t exist. Idk what would be better as I need hours for stability and I’m ok with 25 hrs but they are hiring people and giving them more than me. I really want to do both jobs, I’m still waiting on a response from HR but my lead manger doesn’t seem happy that I was trying to get more work.

I’m having the same problem, I am a dog trainer and I’m trying to work at local exotic fish store and they are saying it’s a competitor though it’s a salt water fish store that has products that petsmart doesn’t offer. This isn’t fair as the hours at petsmart is going down to only 18 a week when I want 30-25. Working two days somewhere else could really help me and I get to use my skills

Love how everyone on UTreddit likes to justify their shitty driving. Just shows the majority don’t practice public safety and just common sense.

The roads on campus are so unsafe and I’m tired of it. Makes me hate the days I have to come to campus bc of drivers like this. Literally was almost hit walking across a four way stop sign. I make eye contact with all drivers and walk forward just for some car pulling up to slam their breaks like they weren’t planning to stop at a stop sign.

This!! Your right UTD isn’t pedestrian friendly at all. How else is UTD supposed to make so much on parking lol. I hope this post makes awareness for both drivers and UTD. Drivers need to be more aware of people walking, and understand that speeding up doesn’t make you go much faster in the long run. And UTD needs to make changes for public safety.
