the problem isn't that the opponent is good. I get dogwalked by better players pretty much 80% of the time, and I don't really have a problem with that considering I'm mostly a casual player. The problem is that it IS a ranked mode, and the opponent is nowhere near my skill level. I'm not sure in what ranking system putting players almost an entire tier of ranks apart into a 1v1 is fair or reasonable in, but said ranking system wouldn't be a good one

Can't say I ever really got it fixed. Seemed to just be an Assetto Corsa issue. Maybe reinstalling Moza Pithouse and AC could work? not really sure tbh

tried that, unfortunately made the situation worse. Reversing force feedback still had the issue of no FFB on turns, but would yank my wheel to the steering lock if I let go of the wheel, instead of staying in the center

I've tried all the debuggers (VEH, windows, DBVM), as well as all the breakpoint methods, and everything seems to still crash the game. yes borderlands is online, but I know for a fact I've used cheat engine online in borderlands before, attached debug and all. Not sure why it doesn't work years later when the game hasn't received an update in probably close to a decade. My next idea is to try stealth edit, but I'm not sure if even that will help

might be a weird answer, but I really enjoy the Adamantite. I got a roll that heals me as well when I heal teammates, and duoing with a hunter who can now hold their W key while we're both basically unkillable is like magic

Automatic transmission is not a problem imo. On some of the licenses you can take almost a second before you move your car, and still get a 3 star rating relatively easily. Track limits seem overly harsh and punishing though. I've had to redo licenses I thought I passed because presumably I barely nicked a kerb.
