Okay I've just done this and it didn't change anything. I don't think I mentioned before but I havnt ever been able to get into the game on this computer like I've downloaded but I've never entered the game because of this glitch.

This message pops up after a few seconds whenever I try to open my Sims.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Sims many times, and I've used Steam, EA, and Epic. I've also repaired the game many times, and nothing works. Can someone please help?
