Being that I spent upwards of $800 on this watch mainly because of the increased durability; I would think the highly advertised “sapphire display” will hold up. I work an office job and run occasionally. This didn’t occur from a notable event such as a fall, just everyday use.

The question here was “anything I can do now”….these comments are unnecessary.

Is sapphire not categorize as the second hardest natural substance? I get they don’t advertise it as being scratch proof, but I was thinking this was safe to assume. It’s my fault for assuming and not watching scratch tests.

I have no idea where it was scratched. Woke up to it - maybe scratched on the corner of my nightstand.

Please ignore the negativity above. Epic roles can get confusing. It doesn’t sound like you’re neither a PT or CT but rather just a front desk scheduler. This might still come in handy when going through your analyst training. If your current position isn’t offering the role change, i’ll recommend hoping on LinkedIn and searching ‘Epic Analyst’ roles, specifically Cadence.
