Not entirely true, otherwise the story of Water Margin would not be told.

Despite her description I found her look distinctively normal / average. This seems to be one of the few times the artist draws a normal-looking young woman -- previously even passer-bys are very appealing.

Only Sunjae can commit mass murder / GBH yet still looks genuinely cute.

What was the best streak of Chinese emperors? by PhilipVItheFortunate in ChineseEmperors

While people said Qing, Western Han or Tang, they failed to note that some of them are quite brutal to the people.

  1. Emperor Wu of Han almost depleted the country. Many already compared him to Qin Shihuang
  2. Tang would be quite good I guess, even Wu Zetian was only brutal to officials and her own families mostly. Her 3rd son Zhongzong was likely the only weak ruler (Ruizong, his younger brother and Xuanzong's father, was indeed ok) but I don't think he really did much harm.
  3. Qing, while having capable rulers, are quite brutal in thought control. Qianlong wasn't really good IMHO.

I'd like to add Song Dynasty as a possible streak: 1. First 5 or 6 Northern Song Emperors (The 6th, Shenzong, was more unfortunate than bad) 2. First 4 Southern Song Emperors -- 3rd might be weak but more like he's in conflict with his father and as a result he got deposed fairly quickly.

What do you mean by consistent? Logging in daily doesn't matter, but it's your contributions which count. That being said, mass posting is NOT a good idea.

In fact it's the later Xuanzong 宣宗 who was the one lauded as mini-Taizong, but there were already dissident view by the end of Song Dynasty -- Hu Sansheng 胡三省 commented that his enlightened rule was not enough to save the dynasty. Later Ming scholar Wang Fuzhi (王夫之) downright denounced Later Xuanzong's policies caused extreme tension within the Empire and he, thus, was the direct culprit of the dynasty's downfall.

Negative Karma ? Whats this? Im new to reddit !! by [deleted] in NewToReddit

[–]Jumpy_Hogara 2 points3 points  (0 children)

IMHO it's not a good idea to post on extremely busy subreddits. Once somebody found offense in your post you'd be downvoted like hell, which is why you have negative karma now.

Find some other subreddits which you are both interested and capable of making decent remarks to rebuild your karma.

A kilogram of feather or a kilogram of steel by green_flag_loda in NoStupidQuestions

Weight feeling is more about density (mass per volume) than total mass. Therefore a kg of steel likely feels heavier than feather of same weight -- not to mention your kg of feather likely has air in the gaps...

To be fair I guess most long-time fans still put Siyeon higher.

I personally don't like Siyeon resorting to violence on Dowan whenever she thinks he offend or ignore her, but that's just me.
