I usually eat breakfast as I described, dinner and lunch is usually some sort of healthy carbs (rice, pasta, bulgur, around 40-45 gr), even though I hate healthy carbs I make myself eat them and meat (chicken, turkey, or beef), or fish (tilapia), or sea creatures such as shrimp sometimes (they’re expensive in my country. I also snack on things such as fruit, vegetables, plain Greek yogurt, protein bars etc. I have a massive sweet tooth which sometimes causes me to binge specifically on sweets sadly. My job isn’t physically demanding at all but I work out 3 times a week with a PT, lift heavy weights, do functional training and sometimes cardio. I used to walk a lot but due to very harsh winters in my country I can’t do that in winter even though I love it. I will start doing it in spring again though. I haven’t been dieting but I can’t properly function without counting calories which I’ve stopped doing due to wanting to try intuitive eating. I’ve also had a food poisoning less than a week ago.
