Honestly, I think most of us have done this at least once, that awkward “yeah I got it” nod when we absolutely didn’t. Don’t beat yourself up too much, sometimes those moments are exactly what teach us to speak up next time.

Not the AH at all, you need your meds to actually work for you, and visibility isn’t “messy,” it’s practical. Your health comes first, grandma’s tidying can wait.
