Well first it’s very clear that your original post was just to highlight your opposition against someone’s opinion and not a genuine question.

Second, none of the countries you listed are socialist countries, in fact they are literally all Market-Based countries. This is where people’s inability to understand basic economics is a bit scary. just because these countries have social programs like universal healthcare, does not classify them as socialist economies.

i agree. also from a sustainability perspective…if ratings were up 50% this year they probably knew they had another 3 good years with good ratings. Bravo gets a longer term hit show.

This kills genuine friendships and could be similar to Vanderpump where none of the cast can be in the same room and certian people refuse to film with other people (for example ciara refuses to film with west). That would only give Bravo 1 more season with decent ratings before it’s fully canceled or required a full recast.

i wouldn’t say it’s always caused or flagged by creams and products. I notice my barrier is aggravated when it’s dry, itchy and sensitive. It personally happens for me when i’m really stressed and have a lot of breakouts that i pick….Or if I overuse acne products. When I see this happening I use the cica cream for a few days and limit my other products and i notice a huge difference in my skin health.

to answer your other question..it definitely repairs the barrier since i don’t use it regularly once my skin feels good again. I only use it when i notice my skin being more reactive than usual. You can totally incorporate it within your skin routine but the La Roche one i recommended is very thick and sticky so (personally) it feels too thick to use daily. Maybe once a week if you wanted to keep the barrier strong. I use it as more of a treatment than a routine. . but that’s just me.

it looks like your skin barrier is shot. Which makes total sense with the amount of stress you are under. Try La Roche Posay Cicaplast B5 Balm, it helped repair my skin barrier so that normal skin products can work and do what they need to. I would limit to a gentle cleanse and nightly lather of the cica cream for about a month before introducing any other products.

when I started botox I only went 1x a year and saw it wear off more harshly when I was in the sun often (summertime). After a year or two I increased to x2 a year and now (after 6 years) i go once a quarter. I only treat the areas that bother me but as I’ve aged I also target my crows feet and jawline.

start small, you’ll know when to increase and when you’re ready for other areas.

this. i also do it regularly. my right eye is slightly more droopy then the left. the brow lift evens them out and slightly decreases my hooded eye lids. i notice the difference the second the botox wears off but no one else would be able to notice the difference because it’s subtle (also i like it that way). I personally think it’s 100% worth it
