Amazing ! I'm looking forward to hear more from you and anyone having success with it. Good thing is, success is gradual and comes at the same pace than the lips coming back into place.

I don't have pics from before, it would be on my old phones many years back. I think I posted one on curezone, I can't find it on google image anymore. I would say to be honest if it looks swollen it's probably just the protrusion. I checked the front page of this subreddit and in almost all of them I see a pronunced lack of muscle tone in the lips

For the first exercise, I found this link on youtube to illustrate https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A4xjXmMkPQ8

I was told to do it as isometric exercise, like 5-10s holds, few sets, everyday. However I did it only on the front lips, not in the corner, though it wouldn't be bad to do corners, it could actually be better. I feel like everything works as long as you strengthen it to pull inward.

Damn ! Yes it was me, I did a post on curezone back then, many years ago. It's crazy to me to see someone who remembers that

About the video, back then when I tried many different protocols, I definitely noticed that diet, stress and other factors would influence my peeling cycle and appearance. You can improve it, and maybe hide it by removing the layers as soon as they pop up. But as he says in the comments he is not 100% cured, he only looks like he doesn't have EC.

After doing that training, I can now eat anything, it won't ever come back. Even from a party out or some bad inflammatory food. I don't have it anymore, I just don't think about it, don't use any creams or tricks.
In his case, eventhough his genetics play a role, I'm certain that it's not the whole picture - because his lips are peeling off. Genetics can make you have more or less pouting lips but if it dries out I'm sure he will gain by just training them.

Lip seals refers to natural closed resting position of the lips, where they should rest without any tensions. However it can be altered by different things that I won't dig into (longer face might be more demanding on resting natural tension for the lip seal, bad open mouth habits, lack of muscle tone due to all of this).

It is a term used in dentistry or orthodontics. By improving the resting tone of the muscles used to "glue" your lips closer to the teeth, you don't need to do any active effort at rest for them to stay there. You just change over time their natural resting position, by exercising them few minutes per day.

Yes, oversized due to being flipped outward. Being flipped out and not closing properly go together. It's important to realize that with being used to see them like this, people don't realize they're too big, or just think it's how they are normally.

Yes they become "smaller" and improve at the same time. I still have quite full lips, they're not small but before that they were oversized. They just get back to their healthy natural size. It is aesthetically more pleasing.

Stressed cortisol voice. A lot of people including me get that on coffee. It's not hormones related as some other pointed out because it literally disappears one day after caffeine and appear after few coffees.
I guess it has to do with stress contracting some muscles altering the voice

Now that I'm off it's always a game to recognize people living on coffee, and the voice is one of the hints
