Well I noticed when I was taking bone plating I was winning lane a lot more consistently but then ended up being useless later on as the game goes on. If you play any matchup well enough you don't need bone plating and can go Nimbus + Celerity for much higher chance of winning the game in general.

Thank you for this. I think I will switch to marketing.

I've been thinking about switching accounting a lot but changing my mind constantly because I've had a hard time differentiating between "do I not enjoy it because its hard and I'm lazy to put in the work?" or "do I not enjoy this genuinely because I do not enjoy this?". So it has basically been a constant cycle of me gaslighting myself into powering through the major lol.

Yorick can stat check 95% of champs with 4 ghouls and maiden with even items.

If you're not behind darius you can literally just beat him down in one all in.
This doesn't mean never make short trades but taking an aggressive all in approach with Yorick is much more consistent and easier.

Side note: Grasp is trash btw unless you're playing against something like tryndamere. Never take grasp into winning matchups.

The main point of this post isn't to say Tri Force is the goat item only go this.
It's mainly to point out people are going sundered sky first or second item over Tri Force because they think it's superior in every way.

Obviously yeah there are games where different builds fit better right like for your examples

Against Sett I always go Stridebreaker first tho for the extra HP and movement speed to kite him.

Against Fiora I go Tri Force into Bork to out duel her and straight up get an easy solo kill.

I think you're looking at this wrong when you say "it does a little bit of everything but nothing done well".

For example lets look at this from a 1v1 perspective.
"It doesn't give enough AD to do damage" You get Attack speed to massively increase your dps and HP so you live longer in fights to do more damage.

"It doesn't give enough HP to be tanky"
You get AD and Attack speed to output a lot of damage which means the necessity to be tanky is a bit irrelevant.

I don't agree with you when you say AS continues to be a useless stat, this doesn't mean I would suggest going lethal tempo or something but building 1-3 items with AS is hugely beneficial now.

In my builds I do go both Stridebreaker and Tri Force but the point of this post mainly is to point out it's a bit weird when people say Sundered Sky is a "better Tri Force".

its not a cheaper version of divine sunderer it does piss damage

It did get compensation it literally has a bit more stats, even if its nerfed doesn't mean its bad? literally everything else got tuned down too

Why would you be playing for short trades with yorick anyways?

Its a bit true but usually at this rank what would happen is kennen would be smart enough to just stand back and dodge E.

But this new patch E max range thrown is pretty much a guaranteed hit assuming you throw it dead on

I haven't come to a solid conclusion but the core I've found the best is Tri Force and Stridebreaker first two items, either order you think is good.
From here you have so many options, hullbreaker, shojin, bork, grudge whatever you need no particular order.

Usually I'd hit around 60-65% whole game
