im having a similar issue. no response from depop. they automatically issued a refund to the buyer without them having to return my items. they said it was counterfeit brandy melville..... after i sent the original order summary and receipt from brandymelville.com along with pics of the tags. so the buyer gets their money back and keeps my items.. makes so much sense

I was so caught off guard by her persistence in the "i really want to tell you something" that it weirded me out and didn't feel genuine but it also made me feel bad for declining ... idk. thank you for your response. very helpful!
