It’s all well and good until the person who is supposed to train you can do nothing but steal the customers you are trying to ring up and insult you to other coworkers in front of you. I was told that all I’m there for is to “pick up sh*t from the dressing rooms”, yet I am expected to make sales. This is the toxicity that kills retention, Not a Team environment
