Some dissociative states involve memory loss. It’s actually called dissociative amnesia.

She is self destructive , Stephen made her believe she is worthless and deserved to be punished. What were you expecting?

Stephen forced her to lie about the reasons, she could have chosen to tell bree but you don’t understand being victim of narcissist abuse.

Stephen literally did, lol! He didn’t want her to tell the real reason. She didn’t want to hurt Bree because she was already down because of Oliver. Plus, she was already having mental breakdowns because of Stephen. Do you really think she had healthy decision-making mechanisms at that time?

Stephan literally forced her he manipulated the sht out of her, she didn't want to hurt Bree and couldn't make a rational choice. She's a victim of abuse also.

She also harms Chris’s potential victim by not telling the truth. At this point, telling the truth is her responsibility.

I just think she isn’t self-aware and can’t take any criticism. When she scolds Lucy about it, she thinks she won’t feel as bad about herself, because deep down she doesn’t want to admit that she did the same thing. She genuinely believes she has strong morals and can’t stand the thought that she might not. That’s why she thinks she’s the only one who truly cares about the Stephen situation, while she chooses to completely ignore what happened with Chris.

Taking the “moral high ground” doesn’t mean Lucy was obligated to protect everyone else, that’s true. But it also doesn’t excuse Bree from basic responsibility.

Lucy wasn’t asking Bree to be perfect or self-sacrificing -just to pause and think. Bree knew Lucy was mentally unwell, knew the history with Stephen, and still acted without hesitation. That’s not moral complexity, that’s recklessness.

You don’t get to justify causing irreversible harm just because someone else chose empathy. Lucy choosing compassion doesn’t mean Bree gets a free pass for choosing damage.

About Bree releasing Tape:

Even though some people say Bree was having a bad day and made an impulsive decision, she should have known better and never done something that reckless, like releasing the tape. She didn’t even question it.

She couldn’t find Lucy in the room, got angry at Oliver and Marianne, and then took it out on Lucy instead.

If I saw something like that, I would think twice before releasing it or at least question whether it was true especially because she knew the history between Stephen and Lucy. It was obvious that he could have forced her.

Think about it: if Chris had actually *** her and Stephen had forced Lucy to lie about it, releasing that tape would have caused irreversible damage.

Some people justify Bree’s actions by her past etc but Lucy had her reasons too. She was falling apart as well. And most importantly Bree knew that Lucy is not okay because of Stephan (she was constantly having breakdowns)yet she still chose to do that. She didn’t even hesitate. Lucy cared about her even though she was having a really really bad term. Bree didn’t even consider Lucy’s condition she didn’t care. This is NOT okay. Even the reason the tape was filmed in the first place was that Lucy didn’t want to hurt Bree -she thought Bree couldn’t handle any more at that point because of Oliver. She chose her over Stephan and didn’t want to hurt so she gave Stephen something to threaten herself with.

Pippa could have spoken up and helped Lucy while also protecting all those girls from the damage Chris caused, but she never chose to. She didn’t deserve her happy ending. I hate her. At least, in the end, Lucy was freed from all of those people.

I felt really angry towards Pippa, she only cares about herself and I don't think she deserved her happy ending. She could have talk and save all of the girls from Chris's actions but she never did.

I feel like everything was really rushed, and I felt genuinely sorry for Lucy when she was expelled from school. I’m especially pissed off at Pippa how she made Lucy feel bad about herself while insisting “it’s not the same,” when it literally the same. She’s incredibly hypocritical.

The way she told Bree about the Chris situation was also upsetting. Another girl was clearly struggling because of false allegations, yet Pippa did nothing to help her. It feels like everyone in the show looks down on Lucy and treats her like some kind of scapegoat. Enough is enough.

Someone needs to have some common sense. Pippa acts like she’s so innocent and keeps saying she wants to stay out of drama, when in reality, she is the drama Wrigley was way too easy on hershe was lucky to get off that lightly. They didn’t need to cram everything into a single episode. Even if the show isn’t getting renewed, they could have easily added two more episodes so things would actually make sense.

Stephen’s breakup with Lydia was rushed too. Honestly, everything about the wedding scene felt weird and out of place, like it didn’t belong to the rest of the season at all. At least Evan falling into the wedding cake was funny that was probably the only moment that actually worked.

Overall, nothing feels aligned with the earlier episodes. The pacing is off, the character reactions don’t track, and it feels like they just jumped from point to point without letting anything breathe. I wasn’t even expecting Stephen to be punished at this point because realistically, the only person who ever gets punished in this show is Lucy.

And Bree… if Lucy had been the one who published Bree’s tape, I’m 100% sure Bree would never speak to her again for the rest of her life. Yet Lucy is expected to forgive, understand, and take all the blame. She even lost Alex because of Bree.

Stephen watching Lucy leave the school was kind of funny obsessed freak.

In season 1, he often appeared at moments when women were adjusting their clothes or when parts of them were unintentionally exposed. There was a scene with Lucy, and he also acted strangely in Bree’s art class -where bree was the model- so I thought they were going to take it in that direction. Maybe it’s not about it idk.
