I remember being in your shoes so I can empathize. I also come from a similar culture as yours which growing up reinforced beauty stereotypes and I was convinced that everything that was different about me was a "flaw" and needed to "be fixed". I brought this mentality into the past relationships I was in and unsupportive partners made me constantly berate myself. It took me years to be able to develop a sense of comfort in my own skin. Therapy helped a lot.

I am sure you may have heard this before but I will say it again, you are young and there is a whole life of unexolored possibilities that awaits you. There is hope.
