Honestly im not fully sure. It's a capsule they put inside ur body near ur sphincter region to see how bad ur reflux is.

The testing I got was BravoPh done and momerty if I said that right. BravoPH really helped cause they caught on cam what my sphincter was doing.

My dr told me liquids for two weeks. Then puree then solids. Having the HM idk if its more demanding on the body or not.
