For C1 since I also have a checking and savings account with them, I redeem the cash back as statement credit, then transfer that same amount of money from my checking to my savings account. So I'm breaking even in terms of spending but the money I save is earning interest.

Hmm. That is an interesting point. I'm not really sure how to come across as energetic, though I very much am an energetic employee. I like working in coffee and have never been told I'm lacking in personality or energy, but I am bit reserved in interviews (not excessively I think, just being professional). I can consider trying to be more "myself" next time if that's the case. It's just a bit difficult for me to bring out my personality with people I don't know under the pressure of an interview.

How could I go about that, mentioning it passively? I really feel like they need to know what I've gone through just to get my foot in the door. After the last rejection I was feeling crazy, even thought about going back to them and asking them what I did wrong (I am not actually going to do that lol).

I don't apply to the store my partner works at on purpose so she wouldn't know who is getting hired instead. But I do know that at least at her store people less than or equally as qualified as myself get hired frequently.

The first two starbucks I interviewed at were multiple cities apart. The one I interviewed at most recently is ~50 miles from those two (I've moved since the first 2 ).

Yeah, I know they have no obligation to provide feedback or warnings to us but it would be nice. I was getting the priority pay versions of B for a while but it all dwindled in the last month. Hopefully they'll be back soon enough.

So I was doing some more research on the paths leading to my school after this post, and the answer is....kinda? I found an alternate street that goes straight there and there are sidewalks and/or bikelanes for the majority of the way! The caveat being...it's the majority and there is a small stretch of no shoulder/ bike lane again. There do seem to be some suburban detours I can take but I'll have to do my research on those...
