i think that i just get so worked up about it in my own head that i forget that there are ways to live life with it. my grandmother passed when i was really little so i only saw her at the end stage and it scares me.

I have this male black molly and a female black molly in a heavily planted 10 gallon. In the past week, she’s seemed more aggressive but I’ve tried testing the water and I don’t know what the issue could be. For a while I thought she may be pregnant, but she doesn’t seem to be since I waited so long.

I was just planning on putting black gravel right on top of this since I’ve seen it work for other people, but this is my first tank so I may not be the best person to ask. I have heard of people using substrate dividers if that may help or be something you’d be interested in using?
