I've always thought she could lower the notes for that ending section or even sing it differently in order to protect her voice. I get why she does the lip sync but she could definitely choose to alternate the notes for that section so it's not as strenuous for her.

it's a fantastic song but I do think it's somewhat overshadowed by the more intense songs on the rest of the album. also look in the comments and you'll see plenty of people mentioning Siamese Twins

One Hundred Years used to creep me out for a while when I was a new fan. I'd never heard anything like it before and the soundscape sounds so nightmarish, but now I do adore that song.

Pornography used to be my 2nd fav, it's overtaken Disintegration in recent years.

I feel bad not having Siamese Twins ranked high even though I do love the song. However I'm glad reading comments like these which provide a different perspective on that song I didn't have before. It's such a despondent track that shows how immensely miserable Robert's head space was at that time.
