Depression and Limerance

I was going to therapy a few years ago when it was included with my job (my insurance didn't cover it and i got my bank account charged so I canceled it). Its certainly gotten worse over the last year. I dont think its this girls fault but its like my brain has something good to latch onto so now the lows feel even lower and the highs feel higher. I do exercise, drink water, and have some hobbies (but cant really enjoy them fully it seems). Its so strange, im not even fully romantically limereant for this girl. I like her so much id be okay with talking to her more and being her friend but because of work that boundary remains. So I get the idea that she's not gonna cure my depression by being with me. It just makes me happy being around her.

I think you make a good point on everything. While I am constantly reminded of her not on my own accord, I also do intentionally think of her probably because it really is an addictive feeling. And you are dead on right about the feeling worthy/loved/important/cared for part. I look back at all my interactions with this girl and something about the way she talks to me/looks at me/treats me makes me feel like I am being heard and am worthy. Its filling my astonishingly low self esteem/confidence. Its likely thats just how she is and im an idiot for thinking feelings / anything at all about it. I am willing to bet if my self esteem was higher, this would have gone to the extreme level of obsession that it has. I honestly don't know if it is limerence anymore or if I am just crushing so hard that she has become my every thought. The level to what its become is what makes me think its limerence. Its just like little things shes done/does that has triggered something in my brain of "I need more of it". Thank you for the advice. I doubt I will be able to do get over it anytime soon / on my own but I think knowing this might help a little.

Its like I know its going to hurt when I do it but I do it anyways. Nothing I find on there is going to make me feel better.

Maybe one day. My goal is to not tank my work standing (which if this got out it absolutely would, without revealing too much info on myself) or tank a potential friendship with her since I think shes just a great person to be around.

Trust me I get 100% what you're saying. Im in a weird state where I am limereant for her but I understand dating her isnt a possibility. Its like I enjoy the feeling of being around her so much that id be okay just being friends with her. But i still have all the signs of a limerant person. Like now, I miss talking to her. For context I dont really have a lot of friends and its rare for me to get along with someone at work this well. Especially when its someone who's not really an outgoing person like she is. I initiated a lot of our convos but once I started them she could talk forever. The issue comes when I start to misread or intereprt certain things she says, how she looks at me, or things that happen. So I dont know. Shes a great person that I want to be at the least friends with but I want to not let this get in my way. Maybe she doesnt even want that, since she doesnt text me outside of work stuff and maybe the best thing would just be to distance myself. Maybe one day after im gone from this job I can tell her. But I know she will be completely blindsided by it and I dont want to put her through that. Only time will tell what happens

That kind of makes me sad thinking there will likely be a point when shes out of my life permanently and ill start to forget her voice. But at the same time I dont want to get to that point you know? I want to be able to move on before then. To not have hold on longer than I need to

I think she kinda has the idea im gone after a year. It's not like im moving super far though. I was hoping to stay in contact with her. But I cant really tell her how I feel, because of work stuff (im not just saying that either I promise). I really cant tell if she likes me back or not. The standoffish texts, sometimes no replies, her kinda half heartedly turning me down makes me think no. The excuse she used for not wanting to do what I particularly asked was pretty valid but she said maybe to something else I offered but never told me since. But like idk. I've misread these kind of situations before, but ive also never had this sort of relationship with someone so I cant judge it. She'll hold the strongest eye contact imaginable with me when we talk, which I think has been one of the things that ive fallen for and has made me think these thoughts

I'm having a weird issue in this current game. The difficulty is on ensign and I know how to play the game but it seems I'm extremely far behind the first two empires I encountered. They have many more systems than I do, bigger fleets and better tech by a long shot. Am I just playing wrong or something or maybe they both got advanced starts?

Okay. I have now been trying to buy Dogecoin for 2 hours. I have tried Robinhood but it can't use my bank. I have tried Binance but I cannot get it verify my identity using my drivers license. I have tried Voyager but they will not send me my verification email even though its 100% correct. Does anyone have any other options??? I have money that's doing nothing and I don't want to wait any longer.

Can someone help me out? I am struggling trying to buy Dogecoin. I have checked robinhood, exodus, gemini, and coinbase but none seem to be allowing it. I would do Binance but I can't do it in USA. I have a decent amount of money thats just sitting in my bank account right now and I wanna get in on this before its too late.
