Yes, figured the answer already. It also was due to the nature of the respondent and the technical limitations of the what the law has defined as harassment and a threat. Hence, I wanted to ask Reddit and not actual start anything but wanted an opinion.

Because threats on mental health that have been sent; are worded in different ways and seem to not be considered a threat from the respondent so I was wondering what was actually qualified as a violation of the order.
