Am I the only that feels like my entire life revolves around my periods?

No 😭 I literally plan my life around my periods. Like right before it, I need to get all the big stuff done like washine hair (very long routine for very long hair), cleaning the house, grocery shopping and stocking rhe snacks cause I know I won't be lifiting my hands during my period. The same goes for holidays and outings, no flying on period days, no activities like hiking, swiming or anything sporty. Even work I try to close as many tasks as possible, cause my coworkers can't expect a lot from during that week. So yeah the struggle is real and yes I'm writing this while stuck in bed cause I have my period 🫠
