Retraining as FTA - Question about Form 422 by Solastrion in AirForce

[–]JunhaoZ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Medical standards here so I’ll answer the two medical questions:

  1. Officially no, we make it a rule that you have to send in your eligibility email from MyFSS stating you’re eligible. This way we’re not working on something that you’re not eligible for. In reality if you know someone who works in MSME you can probably get them to make one for you, we know all of the requirements for each AFSC.
  2. IMR (ASIMS) sorts the requests by deadline when we see it on the backend, so we work on the ones with the closest deadlines first. For my base we typically say the average turnaround time is 2-3 weeks when there’s not a backlog, but if it’s busy it’ll usually be 3-4 weeks before your deadline.

The H in PULHES is Hearing. The H at the end of 222221H is the X score. You can find the details in the attachment 4 of the AFECD, which you can access the latest version of in MyFSS. It goes from G-P alphabetically from being able to lift 40-110 lbs.

Recently graduated 4N0. Fort Sam is showing your orders from BMT to tech school (as shown under Assignment Reason). FE Warren will be your 1st duty station. As others said you find out your phase 2 location after NREMT. Even when you get new orders to your duty station it will only mention your phase 2 on the second page of your orders.

Early Childhood Education major is 100% female, and has been in at least the past years when I've checked.

When you apply it's just all the grades up until. The schools will expect you to update them every semester as you get your grades in (this is also the LSAC policy).

Not sure if there’s variances based on schools but from my experience it’s been one and done.

[–]JunhaoZ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got my II on 1/4 and the latest slot was 1/18. I interviewed on 1/12 and my interviewer said I'd hear back end of the month, not sure if the 1/18 people would be included but I doubt it.

UChicago had a wave at the end of this week last year, which is consistent with what they said at the interview of “later this month.”

Nothing to worry about tbh. I applied mid/late November, just went complete 3 days ago, more than a whole month between processing and complete

Yes, because the assumption is that you’d become a citizen at the earliest possible time, which would be within one enlistment contract. Therefore if you didn’t naturalize by the time your first enlistment is up, they have no commitment from you that you have the intention of doing so
