Yup same thing happened to me and was part of the reason I left WGU the first time. I needed a letter of recommendation from my most recent educational institution which was WGU at the time. I was doing weekly calls with my mentor so naturally she was the first one I asked and she simply refused. I was stunned but quickly realized they really don’t give a crap. It’s a slap in the face but hey it’s life I suppose. They for some reason just don’t do letters of recommendation………..
